Payments

Our goal is to provide you with as much flexibility as possible when it comes to paying your premiums. As your Insurance Broker we collect your premium and forward it to the Insurance company on your behalf.

Option 1 | Use Debit or Pay Cash:

Payment, either by debit card or cash can be made in person in any of our offices
and must be received in full prior to your renewal date.

Option 2 | Pay by Cheque:

  1. Full payment provided prior to your renewal date.
  2. Three post-dated cheques (Dividing your premium by three).
    • 1st cheque dated for the start of your policy.
    • 2nd cheque dated one month later.
    • 3rd cheque dated two months later.

Cheques are made payable to Megson FitzPatrick Inc.

Option 3 | Use Online Banking:

We accept payments through online banking.

Please provide payment in full prior to your renewal date.

The process is:

  1. Full payment provided prior to you renewal date.
    • Set Megson FitzPatrick Inc. up as a payee in your online banking system.
      You will need your account number, shown on your invoice*.

      *If your Account Number contains
      symbols (-, &) and your bank does
      not recognize symbols, simply remove
      them and proceed.

  2. Pay by three-payment (Dividing your premium by three).
    • Set Megson FitzPatrick Inc. up as a payee in your online banking system.
      You will need your account number, shown on your invoice.

      • 1st payment due at the start of your policy.
      • 2nd payment due one month later
      • 3rd and final payment is due two months later

Option 4 | Pay by Credit Card:

We understand the benefits and convenience of using a credit card and we are
happy to accept credit cards without limiting the amount of payment you can
process.

For your convenience we offer an online self-payment option or you can call our office directly and we will
process your payment. All credit card payments will be charged a one-time third-party convenience fee of 2.97%.

Option 5 | Make Monthly Payments:

(Via automatic withdrawals):

We have the ability to setup a monthly automatic withdrawal from your bank
account. Nine, 10 and 12-pay options are available. Please call us for more
information.

Please note: Monthly payments can only be accepted for premiums over $1,000.

This option is subject to interest and is managed by a third-party company that
specializes in Insurance-premium financing
